★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not take personal loan from this bank. You are advised to don't apply for a Pre-approved Loan. Under Instant sanction, the loan is approved at 16% interest on the phone. But your loan weekly is charged at 29% interest. Loans are recovered at such a high rate. forecolsure charges are too high if EMI is not paid in time. Please borrow Loans from a nationalized bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My relatives had opened a premier segment account here, during the period that the Bank offered a 7% interest rate on the Fds & a 6.5% interest just to have funds held in the savings acc. The high interest rate was quite literally the only major USP of this bank that set it apart from the rest. And being a bank that is not even 7 years old in India, they should have kept the high interest rate continuing on for atleast a couple of years more. Now, they've just followed the herd and traded in the customer incentives for a money making mindset.
Interest rates have been slashed down to 4% and there's literally no other solid reason for why any customer would still choose to keep funds in a new bank like this. On top of it, the staff isn't all that co-operative & supportive, even of premier account holders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank you will ever seen ,UPI don't work properly even their system are not up to date. I done a upi payment from the app payment failed screen showed,then money debited but not credited to beneficiary account,after 15 days bank said money credited to beneficiary account next date of your payment..I want to know if payment was under process then app should show payment in progress screen not failed screen..now who is responsible for my money ?? I can't go back to shop to ask money.
