★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst organization I've ever seen or experienced. Zero professionalism and no more employee centric. Higher management will treat agents as they are treating their slaves. Honestly this job is out of comfort zone. Salary deductions are unnecessary. Hiring management is also worst. Toilets are hell smelling and unhygienic like railway stations or general public toilets. Overall this place is not for people looking for good opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no regard for your time and money. I called them for a job in the Data Analyst profile. They asked me come to NOIDA for the interview even though I told them that I live in Chandigarh. When I went for the interview the HR told me that my profile can't be shortlisted for the Data Analyst profile. Then I was asked if I'll be comfortable for Developer profile I said yes. Then they made me wait for two hours. In between I called the HR a few times and she kept telling me to wait. After 2 hours or so I got fed up and called her the last time and she said that the IT team has rejected my profile. I told them you could have said that on the phone, I had to come all the way from Chandigarh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the one of the worst places I have been to in recent years for interview. They don't follow Covid protocols. The HR wasted my time by calling me way before the actual interview time. The place is stuffed and I felt claustrophobic at one point. I have heard that their working environment is far better but the first impression was bad.

I worked more than 2.5 years in sec 10 branch. As per my experience some pros & cons i would like to share below.
Pro's
1. Salary always on time
2. Hygienic & clean office environment
3. Good management
4. Fine behaviour of seniors
5. Weekly & occassionally activities
6. Good for learner (if you are supportive)
7. Excellent Head Office in sec 60
8. I got vaccinated for 1st dose hear.
9. Good canteen
10. Quarterly RNR for motivation
11. Dedicated Smoking Zone and tabaco
Is not allowed.
12. System Support in the time of
pandemic.
Con's (Company should work on)
1. Less salary as compared to industry
(in sec 10)
2. Very Poor HR support
3. Crazy Admin (in sec 10)
She always reduces the temperature
while rainy and winter days. She is not
Supportive if you are not her friend.
4. Normal bags are not allowed.
5. Going out of the office while the shift
not allowed.
6. While the client visit be like ? Robots.
7. Increament in work not in salary
( Apart from appraisal)
8. Partiality.
9. Phones are not allowed.
10.One day absent = 2 day salary.
11. NO PARKING for 2 wheeler. (In sec 60)
Conclusion
As a fresher if you are looking for job. I will definitely recommend to join. You will learn many things. That will help you to be professional. And make you strong.
I will definitely join again if company work on its con's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good company but the negative point, I found is that every candidate has to fill online form after scanning the QR code on Google, which is very lengthy and sometimes difficult as well which takes at least half an hour to fill out as there are some details which should not be mandatory like mentioning atleast 3 references and the last difficulty of mine was I was just around to complete that form but in the end the network stopped working and I'll have to start it over again and still it was not working(I have also shared the screenshot of this), so in the end I tried to convince one of the staff on reception and then they understood my problem and proceeded my form and then after 1st round I came to know that if I'll get selected then I'll have to join on the same day which is also a negative point for the employees who are currently working, so after joining I can't tell you how much you will enjoy to work with this company. That's it.

Enviornment is okayish, HR are helpful here , but they hire in bulk, lot of candidates come and go and go nobody cares, like group of ships a convoy of unemployed ppl, no body takes follow ups with candidates, cafeteria is not so clean, quality of food is less than ordinary! And yes salary package is not upto the mark
