They called me for documentation for joining, and when I reached there they were saying "who has told you to come for documentation, your candidature is still under process and we will update you". And this statement was on the very next day of my final interview, when they have provided me several forms to fill and to bring the said documents.

If you do an experience show of this company you can get a job easily anywhere and in such a place we get to learn something new. This company is in sector 59 Noida Bhabha Marg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my last organization, where I worked for 31 months. This time, I visited their recruitment center " CFT ". Most of the time, you will find fair recruitment here, if you visit. But it will take your full day, if you are able to crack all the rounds. Great atmosphere of learning soft skills here, Six Sigma , QC Modules n many more. Job security is the another plus point of this organization

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never suggest anyone to take a job in Exl.. The worst company I have ever worked with.. Totally destroyed my career.. I had worked in center 3 the place looks like a govt office, not good facility.. Interview process is hard, rules and regulations is a mere promise.. Transportation is the worst and dangerous, supervisor responsibility to create a roaster for you it never happens, sometimes you get a cab or you don't, the transport staff is way rude.. This company hires anyone, no standard employees works here.. Salary packages and incentives are a lie.. Wifi for WFH are never paid fully.. Process gets ram down.. Manager's are illiterate and greedy to food,(beggars)...Food is not free and average.. None promotion are on paper's, no job security anytime they can fire you, favouritism works alot, (don't worry no chance of getting fired).
Two of my colleagues had an accident cab driver was drunk, No FIR, insurance naam ke waaste.. Training period is fun but lot of politics during (OJT).. Exl runs scam process.. After serving notice period, your reliving letter reveals the worst part of your employment.. No health insurance are provided... Environment is stressful and unhealthy..
