★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience has not been very good as far as after sale service is concerned. From last 6 months I have made at least 6-7 complaints for the repair of my microwave but every time it did not work more than a week. All parts have been changed but no lasting solution. Still facing issues now even lodging a complaint nobody attends the complaint citing reasons address not found which is an excuse. As a last resort I would now visit to some IFB office but this is sure that I would not buy any IFB product again in future nor recommend it to anyone.
