I have called your customer care no on 2nd Aug’21 for my refrigerator complaint, on 3rd aug, two persons came to my house and told me that there is a part replacement of rs 6200, and we have paid the amount but now I am facing the same problem again and he has not replaced any part and we are sure that he has not replaced any part..
This is the pathetic kind of service or response from your company… Now since yesterday I am calling your customer care no and asking to send that person again whose name is Adhesh, but I am not getting any response from your side.
This is highly unsatisfactory services that you guys provide to your customers.
I want my money back otherwise I am going to complaint in police for the same and in consumer court also.
Pathetic service… change your name to pathetic service as you are robbers and cheaters
