Volted PC - New Delhi

Finally got my much planned and desired desktop built from Volted PC. It was a very satisfying experience. The young and talented owner, Naman Gupta, personally listened to my requirements, shared his valuable inputs and put in his best efforts to procure the finalised parts amidst the present dearth of parts. He also ensured timely delivery of the system amidst the Delhi lockdown. I wanted a white build and Naman guided me perfectly to choose the best possible parts to accomplish this. He also modded parts of the motherboard and the gpu to sync with the overall white look. He also crafted a beautiful white GPU backplate with laser-cutting to match the white aesthetic. The build experience was fantastic. The attention to detail, cable management, customisation and being able to watch it all online made building my cherished desktop with Volted PC a sweeter experience. Volted PC leads in terms of: i) build experience, ii) after sales support, iii) excellent advice and inputs, iv) personal touch and v) prompt response (whatever be the issue). Prioritising the consumer more than advertising one’s tieups and flashing stuff online is something other retailers in Nehru Place need to learn from Volted. I visited several other retailers and tried gauging waters before finalising on who to build with. Being absolutely impartial, I found that all others had minimal to zero persuasion or interaction potential bordering on disinterest and an attitude of “show me the moolah or move on.” A reputed wholesaler in Nehru Place never sent me quotes even after assuring me multiple times that he is sending. Two famous retailers in Nehru Place, who feature heavily in vlogs, youtube channel promotions, youtube videos and covered by many youtubers with huge subscribers, are really shoddy in terms of actual ground level consumer handling. They have outsourced the task of initial contact with customers and the process of convincing and suggesting to clueless clerical youngsters who just swivel the monitor screen and simply click on their own website’s custom PC section to tally your requirements with the website database. Hell, they even cannot do that properly as they cannot find entries, ask you to repeat and leave a very bad impression on knowledgeable consumers who expect a certain amount of awareness and feedback that can refine their own findings. Volted PC is miles ahead here. Naman personally interacts with his clients without any rush. He gave me very good feedback, filled in on a number of possibly problematic things and ultimately what we finalised on was so much better. Never did he question are you really going to build with me or not. Other retailers do not even guise their non-verbals that clearly scream: please be gone, you talk too much, we need people we can dump things on without so much “charcha”. If you are looking for a satisfying full build experience and great support, Volted PC is your only destination. There is nobody even close in Nehru Place. Let me be very clear that this is for full system builds only with an unparalleled level of customisation. Long live Volted, more power to Naman and his team.

You ever find a dream PC Build on the internet and thought oh! I live India I won't be able to put this together. That's what I was believing until I found this gem of a company. Formed by youngsters and people who truly understand your needs. I was surprised to see the amount of knowledge they have. Found every item that I required to build the pc. Delivered in 3 days of my ordering and installed by them. Amazing experience with the company. Only downsides would be that there is only one month complimentary free PC service warranty and the website is a bit jarry. They're setting up a new league of their own in the Indian PC market and I'm proud of it.
