There customer's care service is not gud ridiculous service they are providing to me worst experience never buy anything there customer care is also not responding there services are really bad if u call to the customer care n ask for executive to visit at your home they will take approx 2/3 month I just hate this IFB company

it is the worst company that provides worst customer service . we purchased washing machine on 18 november 2020 and the installation guy came on 21 novemeber , he was very rude and had no knowledge he took 3 hours to install that also started leaking 2 days after its been 13 days and no service request of ours has been entertained . Worst Customer service
