★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased an lg fridge worth 65000 from mangla electronic, lg store sector 7 dwarka. Mr Pawan the store incharge finalised the deal inclusive of all charges 650000 rupees.after delivering the product he is telling me to pay delivery charges rs 300 extra which was not mentioned earlier by him,also not to be paid by me,not mentioned in the bill either.
.in addition to this he started shouting and talking rudely with me even though I have purchased a washing machine a month back from the same store.this is the way these people treat their valuable customers.if the owner is reading the review pl take action.if u are charging any extra amount it should be clearly told to the customers at the time of selling and finalising the deal.it is ethically incorrect
