★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the token system, you need not worry about your turn. Experience was good. Aadhar updation was very easy as compared to vodafone and airtel. Store was neat n clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are very unprofessional. I went there to port my postpaid number to prepaid and they charged me extra from my last bill generated.
Also, they asked me to pay INR 199 as minimum recharge of new sim and after activation of my new sim i did not received any balance. I was cheated by this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i visited there for sim exchange.....disgusting people they are.....the staff present there is telling that you are on advance rental plan...you drop the same & we will activate the sim in seconds..or wait for the whole day..they rejected my ids twice.......told about my photo is mismatch...dont they know number was activated 10 years ago & in ten years faces change...even i offered for kyc through adhaar fingerprints....
...my all business is suffering just for plan change policies....all transactions are shut bcoz of OTPs.....
sad....sure....will go for legals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is at a good location. Very well built up infrastructure inside. The executives at the store are very cordial and helpful. But something that is inbuilt with executives is like "Resistance from post to prepaid migration", "not offering lower cost plans" and stuff like with every service provider. They generally take some time and delay sometimes is frustrating.

I have 14 yrs old idea sim .
Now the outgoing is off to make it on they want me to convert my sim to vi postpaid for minimum 4 months.
