★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find among other offices and factories. Employees are careless, probably never heard of what customer service means, will keep you waiting for 30 mins while they enjoy their break. Then will come back to seat and behave like government employees, their faces clearly reflect discomfort they feel when they have to cater to customers.
*I had to visit them in person when I failed to get response of my email even after a week and 3 reminders. And the lady there behaved as if customers today still dont know how to send email to a correct email ID.
Why 2 stars? Because I finally got my work done in one visit only... big deal yeah
