★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently joined the company . Here HR , TL and all other colleges are very supportive. I am really enjoying my work. Good leave policy. The thing I most like about this company is it's OPEN DOOR POLICY.
I really appreciate transparent Systems like I could find in this company. Here people are Down to earth. If during your work you find any difficulties, you can expect 360 degree support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never join this company. HR is useless and doesn’t have any authority. All of the managers are selfish. They wont care what issues you are facing, they just want the work done.
No incentives or overtime is paid by the company.

Very bad experience I have ever seen. All the seniors and head of the team members can not understand the mutual understanding. Do not work here, there are so many options in RCM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for more than 1 year. Its just an ordinary call center with TL's buttering Managers. Agents do all work and TL's, managers take appreciation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my friend is working here. Everything is good here except growth of employees who are doing hard work. I mean to say that if employee is in close relationship with manager than that employee will get perks, promotion and high growth within short period time. HR have to point out this scenario here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have completed 2+ years with Iglobal Family. Every company has its own pros and cons. But I am happy to be part of this organization. There are lots of things like work culture, learning experience etc gives positive vibes to anyone.
Overall experience is good and so I am glad working with this firm. Definitely there are some area which needs correction and modification on priority.
