★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total irresponsible. There's no body able to attend telephone. Email service only for showing, no reply. Many times I wrote for original certificate all call daily minimum 100 times and worry.
Advice for students please don't take admission in ignou for any course. Ignou Delhi also not replying and not attending telephone or helpline number.
