★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazingly place to learn and experience Yog Asana and Meditation practice under the guidance of highly accomplished mentor! Rajeev makes the progression and perfection of each asana so smooth that you enjoy each and every step of going into the perfect pose.
As a seeker one is allowed to ask as many questions; that helps the better understanding of logic behind the practice.
My journey with yoga so far is very fulfilling and it has helped me to develop balance between physical, emotional and spiritual self; and I am still on the path of inner transformation.
I highly recommend this studio for best experience of YOGA

I vividly remember my yoga classes at School and those who struggle with memory sure know the value of a memory where things are still fresh. It definitely means a lot. I wanted to professionally take up dancing but couldn't and in last couple of years, the next best thing I aspired to do was Yoga hence I spent a considerable amount of time searching for a place to learn where the focus is not just the flexibility of the body but transformation of the self. IIAS School of Yoga is just the place, I have been looking for.
My first day at IIAS was just another day of my life but the end of that day wasn't the same. I firmly believe, a teacher who sees your weakness as an area of improvement and work with you to turn those into your strengths is bigger than God himself. If you find someone like that - it's the job half done and the other half is your commitment to the goal. Rajeev as a teacher is incredibly talented and supportive.

I have always had an interest in Yoga and I think I have got the best place learn and pursue the same. It’s an honour to study yoga with such a great institute.
