My father had given the contract for our office to Impact where we were very disappointed with their work and our money was also wasted.From above, Prashant Kumar does not consider himself less than the Prime Minister. He will never receive your call in need and also never accept after doing wrong, they only care about money. Better not to work with this much unprofessional & unethical peoples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth your time, money and energy. This place sucks the life out of you. The work is terrible. You have to be security guard, atm and janitor. You put your property at risk everyday. Better to say No to them. Impact air system is very worst company. The are greedy only for money. Prashant Kumar cheat to everybody.

There were a person Jitendra Sharma. He was the single person with full knowledge in Impact Air System. But Cheaters can't respect honesty just like Prashant Kumar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not seen such fraud people anywhere, the sales person here Prashant will first promise you the best work but after that, as soon as the advance payment is given, they stop taking calls and their engineers are not experienced at all. Just showing fake images but their work doesn't worth for even 2 rupees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get your work done with the Impact Air system. We are regretting. My wife had refused and warned me but when I had a meeting with Prashant Kumar where he showed himself a lot of genuineness so I thought that my decision is right but when I saw his work I realized that I had made a mistake.They just need time to time payment. They will call you again and again for payment, but when it comes to work, they will have a list of excuses. Icing on the cake even before their work is over, problems start coming in their work. Sometimes of drain leakage, sometimes of cooling, sometimes of heating. This was our last mistake to work with them.

He made so many big promises that they are expertise in their work but "only a wearer best knows where the shoe pinches".Despite being a dealer, he misbehaved. Our work was not completed on time and we also got lot of damage at our property.
