★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imeria Elevador is cheater real estate company. I booked a retail shop in 2014 and have paid almost 90% payment by year 2016. They said that possession will be done 2016. But since then i am always getting reply as will be done soon. construction has alomost stopped. Elvedaor has also removed it from their official site.When enquired them they said site is under maintenance. this what update i am getting for last 4 years. I have lost hope now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevador is cheater company. I invested in commercial project in 2013 and paid almost 90% money but ther have not yet delivered. They have stopped construction for last 4 year and have also removed project from site and they have not yet registered in RERA. For last 5 year they are saying their site is under maintenance and project will be finished soon.
Does anyone have any update?
I have lost hope and planning to take legal action
