★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked here for a time period of 8 to 9 months. This was in connect with NAME Dubai (Nest Academy) and National Academy during my work tenure. Sad to see how it was not given any experience certificate highlighting to my onsite project with NAME, Dubai (Nest Academy) as an HR Consultant for 3 months. I am yet trying to drop mails and connect for this but no response.
My learning has been good with them, but there is a huge lack of understanding and coordination between the teams. I felt a major setback with multiple perceptions about my work and them not being open about learning, or corrections not nicely highlighted which is a huge draw back.
Lets hope that IISA, National Academy and NAME, Dubai (Nest Academy) flourishes, by appreciating their employee's efforts too.
