Very poor response from customer care side... The quality of product is not so good it is working only 4-5 days then it stop working and if you can complaint in the customer care side no response to you.... Very poor service......

Very bad experience with Inalsa, Inalsa garment steamer is not working. im contact to Inalsa customer care team but they not response properly, commitment failed by Inalsa Team, many followup but Inalsa team not giving solution to me....

Worst company, rude staff and horrible products which deserves 0 star rating. Mixing jar exploded while simple blending and their rude girls staff will talk worse than your boss. Be ready to humiliate and put your life in danger by buying their poor products.

The mixer-grinder has seen minimal usage, probably used twice a week. It stopped working after 6 minutes when churning buttermilk. Also caused the fuses in the house to trip. Not sure if this is supposed to happen when there's an overload switch? There was no spillage, it was not placed on a wet surface, and I cannot ascertain how a 750W motor could not handle churning buttermilk. Inalsa customer care is only available until 5 pm; not sure how their after-sales service is; will update this review once I know. Update on 28 December 2018: The after sales support is beyond pathetic! Not only are they not available to register your complaint after 5.30 pm or before 10 am on weekdays, the phone lines listed on the Inalsa website are always busy. The technician whom Inalsa sent blew all the fuses in the house in the course of his examination of the mixer. When he couldn't rectify the problem initially, he said the mixer was defective. Then he managed to replace a wire the next day, blew all the fuses again, and said to use it as long as the mixer would last. Which was all of a month. The mixer caught fire on 26 December 2018, I raised a service request to Inalsa the same day, and they sent a message saying a technician would get in touch. I called up on the 28th to check on the repair timelines, and was told someone would get in touch in the next 4 or 5 days. Seriously? This is another reason to avoid make in India companies. Or maybe, it's just this one that gives the rest a bad name

Very bad service, I bought inalsa's coffee maker and call customer care for a demo. Customer care representative said me That in 72 hours mechanic will come to give demo. But even after 90 hours, no one mecanic come to give the demo. I called customer care twice, but they did not give me a satisfactory answer. I boycott the inalsa company, and will also ask my friends and relatives to boycott the inalsa. ??

Such a bad n illiterate staff so rude n the product is very bad… seriously in only few months there product need to get service n after getting the service no improvement n thn when i said to replace it they said its are policy that till the time product is in service condition we can’t replace it such a shit… ? n the product is expensive too as compared to other big companies like philips black n decor etc… Those who want to purchase something from this company plz don’t buy otherwise you may regret…. I wish I could gave them black star n a zero rating

okay so I will begin with how poor the product quality and the customer service is, the product does not do justice to the tall claims, do not fall prey to the warranty and all the promises that people do, the good reviews here have ZERO credibility here because the company asks you to give reviews in lieu of 6 months warranty, So why am I writing one ?? To make all other buyers aware of the fraud and hoax that is being conducted by the company and the service center, I purchased this product on 24/2/22, I have used it exactly as per the guidelines given in the manual, but the product broken and the inside motor started tilting towards the side just on 5/4/22, I lodged a complaint and 3 days later, their executive, paid a visit, he told me that the warranty won’t cover it and I will have to get a replacement part by paying 380β‚Ή, I had no choice but to agree, after continuous follow ups and numerous calls later the person visited today 14/4/22, with the spare part which was broken, he had no answer whatsoever to give to me, he lied to me that the spare part is new, I have attached the pics for the reference of the old spare part and I am sharing the pictures of the food processor so that everyone can see that it has not been mishandled at all, I own countless appliances including a dishwasher, and had no issue whatsoever with any other brand, INALSA IN PARTICULAR IS A PATHETIC BRAND WITH THE UTMOST IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES AND FAULTY PRODUCT LINE, save some bucks and spare yourself the horror.

I am beginning to wonder how a company can exit with such poor products and services..... I have an Inalsa food processor bought in 1995 running now..... Based on this, I bought a hand mixer in December 2021.... Product and my experience both failed miserably this time. Only one of the 4 attachments are correct, the one marked B..... Company is refusing to accept and replace till date..... service person took the product and damaged it further..... now the attachment falls off without eject button..... Mails and phone calls are a waste of time. Wish i could give zero ⭐
