Products are great but staff is so rude, manager almost abused us in front of all customers and shouted at us for 10 mins. He was throwing our own money for on us for damaging our shoes which were given back for service.
Will suggest everyone, there are many other Inc 5 showrooms available.
And Inc 5, I don't know why but that manager was so confident misbehaving with us, looks like Inc 5 brand doesn't want customers any more.
Seriously worst shopping experience ever..

This store's chain is all over India, so if you have bought any product from here then you can change it from any other site also. The quality of shoes is very nice and are branded. Some of them are also hand made.

They don’t reply properly and if you ask them to show different size or different color they don’t Show it or give rude reply. Worst service and worst staff. Won’t come again!!

Worst and most rude staff, extremely poor performance.. utter disregard for customer respect. Poor conduct and language use. Will not ever step in this shop again.
The quality of shoes is so bad that I spite of being so expensive, they tore and seams opened up within two months of occasional use !!!
Please don’t go to this shop, worst worst staff and poorest quality of shoes
