โ โ โ โ โ Staff (lady) irritatingly was overselling to my friend and behaved rudely with me ( I was looking ordinary as I came directly from work) .. when I asked her to show me ..she said ...AA he Che latkela ej Che...joi lo tamari jate. I had budget of 20k she lost customer. P.s I was one who had refered this place to my friend but now I know I am not bringing here anybody anymore.

@owner of the LOOKS, kindly train your workers, they don't know the value of customers.
They said: Leu hoy to j try karjo.
Did they think we are coming to buy half kg of tomatoes worth Rs. 15 or what!!
Our budget was 30k & now you lose the customer of the same value.
Never recommend it at all!

Rude staff.
Unwelcoming atmosphere.
Old collection.
Price too high compared to the quality.
Shayona Premia and Riyaasat are way better and offer really elegant and royal designs in the same cost.
Detailed Review:
The worst store in Ahmedabad! Never have I been disrespected so badly at a clothing store. I went there with my mother to check lengha choli set for my brother's wedding. I liked a peplum style design and asked her to show a better and heavy piece in that design. But instead she showed me something that looked trash (เชเชเชฆเชฎ เชฐเชฆเซเชฆเซ) and when I said that I did not want something so simple, then she yelled at me saying "Then you should've told me before hand that you only wanted to see something for the wedding. Why did you waste my time? Let's go downstairs, I'll show you something heavy." Also, while going downstairs to see more expensive work, she asked me if I was definitely going to buy or not. I said that it would depend. I might not buy unless I'm extremely satisficed. Then she was acting as if I was wasting her precious time. She was not at all interested in selling me the pieces. They basically just lost a customer who was willing to spend 15-20k on lengha choli. There were a few pieces which I considered purchasing but I didn't because of the sales girl's attitude and behavior. I ended up buying an outfit from Shayona Premia, Sindhubhavan of 25k instead because of the great collection as well as welcoming staff, which is something that should be mandatory. Such a horrible shop does not have a place in today's society! I would never ever recommend anyone to buy from her. It's better to spend more money than buy from this joke of a clothing store who doesn't know how to respect their customers.

I bought a sharara from ur store which cost me around 8k nd I've seen the same at local market which was only selling at 2300 .. never ever shop from this place they only know how to empty ur pocket... Totally disappointed ?

โ โ โ โ โ Lots of designs available their and superb collection their but staff are not that much helpful they ask us range and than they are not showing higher range cloth they say that itโs not in your budget and it feel bed if they show us and who know if we like v purchase whatever range and this exp is everytime we face.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is very rude. Staff don't have manners at all. I had called them for enquiry and reply was dam rude. I would never like to visit even. Very very bad. If on phone they have such a bad behavior than I can't imagine about store and products.

This is highly unprofessional.
When you are buying they are very attentive.. after that they don't care.
