I was trying to explain the situation to these people instead of providing with the solution they are just saying that they will not respond as they were not covering my area. The agecy is literally 1km away from me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience at all... Behaviour of the lady who sits at the godown(where cylinder are available-Varthur) too bad. She told that they will not give home delivery if you have only single cylinder. And when I tried to call to office they never picked call(* if you call 10 times than only they will pick once -if you are lucky that much) .
I am thinking to switch from Indane to Bhart Gas just because of poor service of this distributor.
Really disappointed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. I changed by distributor to this one and after that I booked gas for 2 times, in both case online payment is done. They completed the booking request without even giving the cylinder. I have to follow-up every time. They are not even responding to calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service, cylinder won't be delivered automatically. We have to call and chase for refill cylinder every day and they will tell the same reason at every booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No home delivery and no proper response from delivery guy also he will deliver the cylinder after 15 days of booking. Between that time, they themselves book a cylinder in our card and sell it in black market. And they close the godown at afternoon itself. Even though the working hours is till 5PM
Pathetic agency. Not at all recommended to anyone. They don't deserve to be in this job. Please can anyone let me know how I can lodge a complaint to higher officials.
