★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery person, Bhaskar, came with an open cylinder. When I asked him for a sealed cylinder, he says they don't have and I should take this. When I called the agency, Gajanan enterprises, they say that they can send only tomorrow a sealed one. Bhaskar took the cylinder and went away. After 5 mins, he comes back with a sealed cylinder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such piece of S**T. Lame executives asking us to directly come to office to apply for new connection. Looks like they are more in to selling new connections with the stove and hence won't give importance to new connection with just cylinder.
first impression itself is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go for bharat gas. Indane forced us to buy stove. Although we told we have 2 and what will do with extra. And they kept telling lot of rules which dint make sense and their charges are also high. Bharat gas we went near austin town in 30 mins all formalties were done and also received gas in 2 days..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the indane CSR Call centre in a city like Bangalore is clueless..
Secondly, the CSR agent didn't even know what is the difference between transfer voucher & new connection
Thirdly, they openly asked for 4325/ in cash and said they won't accept on line payment.. Or won't accept cheques also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was waiting for my 1st gas delivery at my home. Shocked to receive an invoice for payment that I did not make. Seems like a case of black marketing. I have filed a complaint with Indian Oil. Let's see what comes out. Fraud and Corruption happening everywhere. Sad state of affairs.
