★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst INDANE LPG distributor in kolkata. If you want to take new LPG connection then you must bye worst quality gas stove in double price of out side market from this distributor. No bill they will issue. In case you want to take second or double bottle the same way they loot you. This is just a beginning. Every month there service man who come to deliver your gas cylinder claims extra money sometimes 30-40 rupees above cylinder price. If you deny to pay as per their claim they threatened you to stop supply the cylinder next time. Sometimes it's taken 30-40 days to deliver your booked cylinder. Even after you get the message for preparation of bill. Previously I was a consumer of other three distributors. But I've never face such type of issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. On a number of occasions the cylinders are never delivered. One has to go physically to the office to book a refill. Hardly anyone answers the telephone numbers on record. Shoddy service and is the same since the last twenty years. My family is a customer since 1990.

As it is monsoon in Kolkata,roads are bad,the delivery guy is not willing to deliver despite having booked a week ago,and repeated requests and also I have received SMS that my cylinder is delivered. On speaking to him,the attitude was bad and there's unwillingness to deliver to my address. Also saying that for one cylinder he's not willing to come. If I book more than one he'll come. He suggests I pick it up from him at some convenient spot to him,I was willing..but that also he has to see when. We are left at the mercy of these delivery guys.. such bad attitude

I knew #Biswajit, very helpful person. Any help, he never denied. Even if I was in hurry. He is a nice guy.

And give one week time to pay the gas bill.
