★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inefficient, Dishonest, Crooked and Stupid
The worst experience as a customer.
I took my printer/scanner to them to fix a minor issue with the screen. After 3 weeks of having my printer with them, they finally told me that they cannot fix it.
And when they returned my printer (which was kept in the back seat of a car, parked under 40 degree sun) I realized that it was totally destroyed - the plastic had melted due to the heat, the top/lid of the scanner was totally deformed/crooked, and it was not starting any more. It was just lying there in his back seat for god knows how many days! When I addressed the issue, he gave me the silliest reasons and blamed the bad quality of the plastic (the printer is a well-known company called 'Brother') and refused to take any responsibility for the damages.
To avoid absolutely.

Was down in Goa a couple of months ago , dropped beer on my extremely expensive Mac Air ,got quoted like Rs.70,000/- for a motherboard change at the most useless mac store in Goa , told me tha t the motherboard couldnt be repaired , idiots !! , was totally in a state of shock for a moment when I heard that as I had my 2 years work on it , thank God i got recommended to India Digital by a fellow Director , this guy Roms a brilliant engineer !! He not only got the motherboard repaired at 3 times lower the price but even managed to salvage all my work off the ssd chip !! Brilliant and impossible job that was made possible by him....charged me just 12,000/- for the whole thing !!! where in mumbai a job like this cost you a minimum of Rs.30,000/- just on the ssd salvage let alone the repairs !!! His technical knowledge is unmatched and the guys
most humble in his ways ....came to know later on through common friends in the u.k that he worked for Siemens In London !! Thus the brilliance in guess ....wish u and your company India Digital all the best Rom!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be One of the most helpful and economically priced Computer shops in Goa... ...very helpful staff and technically the most knowledgeable people to advice you in all your I.T product purchases be a laptop a tab a printer or even just plain advice regarding an online purchase.....be a regular customer or just a walk-in looking for an advice regarding any computer related query they are most courteous on their ways ....experienced for over 25 years in the computer field in Goa it's the best place to come for all your computer related needs! Wish them all the best and hope they open up more stores in Goa... India Digital Computers we need u..... All the best on your future! I manage a mobile shop in Goa and also deal in Mac products like apple phones and laptops ,although currently we have no technical backup for the mac products we sell ,and are looking to outsource our service and thus would like India Digital computers to help us with Repairs and Service of all Mac Products we deal in .....please india digital help us !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service given to me by these guys at India Digital computers ! My iPhone could not be fixed by the authorised Mac store in Mapuca , they were incredibly rude at the Mac store and told me I had to change the motherboard of the mobile and it would cost me Rs.20000 for the motherboard , luckily I was adviced by a friend of mine who was very happy that he had fixed a motherboard problem on his Mac book pro laptop at India digital at very cheap rate , so thank god I landed at India digital they fixed my mobile and also my friends Mac book at quarter the rate .. we are both very happy with the service given to us by India digital computers and totally recommend it to everyone having a simple or a serious issue with any apple device be it a Mac laptop or an iPhone ... great service at down to earth rates and very courteous service professionals .. all the best India digital ! I've had horrible experiences with Mac service centres in Goa, till finally I was escorted to India Digital by a kind English gentleman. India digital has always succeeded in resolving my issues. The owner is a very knowledgeable guy who always goes out of his way to help me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ India Digital is the best Computer shop in Goa . I've been their customer since 2007 , and I've never been dissapointed by them as yet. They've not only met, but always exceeded my expectations. They are, courteous, sincere, and above all honest. I've been a Mac user since 2009 . And if I need any kind of service to be done over my Mac, I trust no other shop, but India Digital. All the other Mac service centres are fake. So if u really want ur job to be done, " when I say done, I mean done"! India Digital is where you gotta go.

Fixed my Mac book pro which was quoted RS.50,000/- by the mac authorised service centre in Goa( useless guys , scamming customers all the time useless guys charged one of my friend nearly 65000/- for a new logic board that could have been fixed for just 6000! ) ,at India digital got my mac logicl boqrf for just Rs 6000!
