India Incredible - New Delhi

FRAUD/CHEAT/SCAMMER/UNSAFE, Tourism in India, sucks!! I am writing this review with great pain and disappointment and for the awareness of future tourists who would like to opt for the service of this scammer. I called them fraud because you pay 799/900/1150, all get to board the same duplicate Mercedes Benz (after market logo) which drives at 60 kmph on Yamuna Express Way taking around 3.5 hours excluding breakfast break to reach Agra, as opposed to 2.5 hours. In the name of AC, most of the time only the blower is turned on. Inspite of repeated requests the arrogant third class drunkard drivers don’t pay heed. The trip supposedly starts at 6:00 AM and ends at 12:00 AM. But that’s only on paper. The bus actually left Delhi at 8:30 AM due to a few passengers were late. You should be able to spend at least 1hrs 30 min at each sightseeing location. But in reality you end up spending an average of 40 min at main sightseeing places such as Agra fort(40 min) Taj Mahal (45 min), Mathura(30 min), Vrindavan( nothing to see: 1:30 min). You end up spending more time on things that are not on itinerary or not really necessary such as shopping miniature Taj Mahal 1 hrs, Sweet shop( Petta) 30 mins, driver/agent breaks 1hr 30 mins( yes, you read it right) for settling on commission with shop keeper. The website advertises that they maintain time punctually except when the delay is caused due to traffic jam( which in our case occurred for say 20 min). However, We reached Delhi at 3:15 AM. I called them unsafe because we were picked up at Karol Bagh by a pick up van and instead of dropping us back at Karol Bagh, we were rather asked to get down at Paharganj. At 3:00 AM in the morning as tourists in Delhi, our safety was comprised. No lessons learned by these scumbags inspite of increasing crime rate in country’s capital. I am sure the tourism department is aware of these discrepancies yet they take no action because I suspect they have their share of commission in our INCREDIBLE INDIA. Shame shame shame!! Beware, Beware, Beware!!!

I want to give zero star ! Any travel company in DelhiNCR is a scammer . But India Incredible are more. What ever positive review they are posting in Google review are all fake and posted by themselves . Don't believe on reviews. In there website they mentioned 3 types of buses starting from 699 INR to 1050 INR but believe me everyone will get the same buses either you pay 1050 or 699 . also you will get passenger from different travel company stuffed inside same bus. secondly they will pass their time where there they can earn commission. if you book for Agra , Mathura and Vrindavan Forget about Mathura and Vrindavan they will make excuses or give very less time to visit one of the temple. in the middle they will spend time in Agra pettah shop, marble tiles shop in the name of moon light view of taj mahal by Govt of india. Never believe this guys . Better take personal cab from MMT or some reputed sites . Never ever take their service. Even the restaurants charges very high and the restaurant where they take you for dinner are cheaters, they will Charge you double for whatever you eat so be transparent while ordering !

Big scam alert!!!!!!!! This is cheater site to make your trip most horrible. Very aggresive, rude, mannerless "sadak chap" staff. Expert in finding out most hygienic sub-standard restaurants. We booked Agra Mathura Vrindawan one day trip but experience is horrifying. Perfect time mismanagement. We reached back to Delhi at 4am next day. We booked for Isuzu volvo bus @1050 per head but the bus provided was ordinary AC bus in which AC was not switched on and when asked to do so the staff very rudely denied. More time was wasted at shopping. In short if you don't want to waste your time and money boycott this website.

Worst experience I ever had. Went to agra, vrindavan, mathura on 27th March with the bus 0666. It was planned to come back to Delhi at 11pm but we reached Delhi at 2.30 am. The bus driver and the guide were quite rude. We were supposed to start our journey from Taj Mahal to Mathura at 5pm,when we returned from Taj Mahal we saw driver was sleeping even after all passengers were shouting trying to wake him up he was sleeping peacefully. He started the bus at 6pm. In Vrindavan they did not take us to the main temple but a temple in the road side for 20mins the pandit was explaining to us in the temple how our wish could be fulfilled if we donate a lot of money to the temple. When we start our journey towards Delhi at 11pm (already we were late) we asked driver several times, if he can drop us in Lajpat Nagar (we took the bus from there in the morning ) he refused to answer us, and told my mom he is not sure. They dropped us at 2.30 am my mom, my sister and I, the 3woman in the unknown city.

We have booked delhi - Agra tour. I checked with the operator before online booking and he suggested me to book ₹900 bus as it will be more comfortable , big leg room and fully AC. But when we travelled we were given the regular Tata bus ₹₹699 which was not even AC. I feel like cheating. They are combining all the other tour company in one bus. To my surprise everyone was charged differently. I would recommend to book ₹699 bus only, because even if you book ₹900 or ₹1200 they will still take you in same bus and they will tell you it was the correct bus and we have upgraded ₹699 people to your bus.

Scam alert !!!!!!!! One of the worst experience for one day tour package for Delhi-Agra-Mathura. 1. They will offer you tickets from Rs.699 / Rs.999 / Rs.1200 . However the bus you get is the same for all. So there is no need to pay extra for Volvo ac bus as every ticket payer will get the same bus. 2. Agra fort ticket on official site price is Rs.35 and for taj mahal it's 45, where one can easily book ticket online within minutes. Here the guide will take 170 Rs for booking the tickets. If you ask what is the reason for taking extra money he will say it is guide charges. Then what is the use of taking the tour package, if the guide is asking for extra money. 2. They are not at all interested to show you Agra fort / Taj mahal / Mathura Temple which are the main and sole reason for the trip. The guide will waste your time to take you to local shops as he has commission in it and your most of the time is wasted in such scam loot shops. 3. The worst part of the trip is Vrindavan. Where they will take you to fake temple. There in the name of God , parents and for well being they will ask you to donate starting from 1900 / 3500 / 9000 it's like they are selling some policy. The guide will tell embarass you in front of everyone if you do not donate . It's a humble request to the owner , you put a fair price on your ticket and provide service as promised and don't try to recover your money by these false practices.

Above average company giving good service for 1 day delhi Agra tour. There are many pros and cons. WARNING : Long post (review ahead). 2 stars for Agra food (lunch), and bus team night behaviour I travelled this journey on choti-holi. Starting from beginning, the pickup time was 7am and bus arrived at around 715am. Not designated seats was given during seat booking and random seat selection was done on arrival within the bus by the tour incharge. The journey was delayed by 1 hour from beginning. The first stop was for breakfast and it was dhaba giving tasty food but for high rate. Reached Agra fort after pickup the guid when entered Agra. Good knowledgeble guide giving all correct info. But due to lack of time, it was a run through in Agra fort. In between visited mini-taj by UP tourism which is purely for business/money purpose. Wasted around 1-1.30 hours there. In between, for cost cutting, AC was not turned on and only blower was in for which there was some dispute with team. The lunch provided in a good hotel and was delicious. Next stop was taj. Spent around 1 hour there (4-530pm). We were delayed by 2 hours on way to Mathura Vrindavan. Reached and visited Mathura at around the closure time. Long queue for checking and ticket. Visited vrindavan at night 10pm. Accompanied by another Brahmin guide (name some Shukla). His major moto was for asking donation for self and in name of god. He constantly said "give with pleasure how much you want" but when given small amount, he started saying things like "donation is for god, you are Rich than sudama - Krishna friend, but he also had donations to lord Krishna then you are better than him". This I felt wrong as a Hindu pandit by myself. One cannot force someone into donation work. I had my mind for donation and gave with by heart but still was pressurized to give more. This was wrong. God doesn't ask for donation, this was business and I condemn it. Later, the journey started back at around 1130 pm from vrindavan. Next stop was for dinner at around 12am at a third class dhaba. Worst place to eat. Started delhi back journey at around 1230am and reached delhi 2am. Major mention here is for the bus team who was good enough to comfort me as it was mid-night and I was last passenger with a friend. They understood my discomfort (late night around 3am bus in Delhi, anyone will be afraid), and was good enough for keeping lights on inside all time and talking nicely till we got onwards cab from the dropping location. To summarise:. Pros : good behavior of Agra guide, excellent behaviour of bus team, food selection at Agra and breakfast Cons: no time management (trip ends at 1130pm in Delhi but it ended at 3am), no seat selection during booking leading to chaos and non-availability of seat of choice, time waste at mini-taj shop, poor pathetic dinner location, extra charges in name of ticket and ticket scam/money scam. Don't go by this agent if you want to save money. Make your itineary from delhi to Agra and visit taj/Agra fort/fatehpur sikri (guide 100 per site/ ticket 35+10 per site). Make your own calculations and see.

Great experience! I had booked with India Incredible for 1 day Delhi-Agra-Mathura-Vrindavan trip. And I have to say it was a wholesome experience. They picked my up at my nearest metro station. I opted for the Volvo bus ?. It was clean and very comfortable?. Although bus was from some Falcon Travels. We began our journey and reached to the breakfast point. We were about an hour late due to another passenger! The place was slight expensive but was clean and served delicious food. The drive was excellent. And when we reached Agra, a guide board on the bus. He briefed as about our itinerary and do's and don'ts. 1st we reached Agra fort. The guide was very informative and told us each and every aspect of the fort?. Then we went on to a shopping store?️ where special Agra souvenir was sold. Then the next stop was to a restaurant for lunch. The buffet was very good and economical. After that we went on to see the Taj mahal. Again the guide was very helpful and took care of the whole batch. Then after visiting Taj mahal, the guide said goodbye to us and left. I must say he was a gentleman! Then after hour or so we reached Mathura. There another Guide boarded the bus. He was talkative and nice. We get to see the Mathura temple but had to hurry as we were running late. Then we went on to vrindavan and to be honest that was the only low point of the whole package. I feel it was waste of time to go there at late night. And then the bus stopped just outside Mathura for dinner. The place was slightly expensive but food was good. The guide left the bus. And after about 2 hrs we were back to our home! As per the plan we should have got to our home by 2330hrs, but we reached home at 0200hrs! So take the itinerary timings with a pinch of salt?. So now I can tell you the pros and cons of this whole package offered by India Incredible. Pros✅:- 1. Well-informed and friendly guides. Guided tour always help you understand the place more productivly. 2. The travel was comfortable and without any issues. 3. I think the price was reasonable considering the fact that how much time planning and money you spend when you go for such a trip on your own. 4. They genuinely take care of the customers and wait for them if they are late. Cons❗:- 1. Time ⌛management in theory is very good. But in practice you get late because of passengers. Some board late, some stay late at monuments, some stay late for shopping. It was due to the delay we had nothing significant to see in Vrindavan.( We reached there @10pm) 2. Another thing is that they should tell people to book tickets ?️for monuments like Taj mahal and Agra fort beforehand. They told us in the bus right before we reached Agra fort. We were fortunate enough with good internet and resources, but everyone is able to book tickets at the last moment. Many people can have issues with internet, Many people don't have any online mode of payment, some older generation people can't understand how to get things done. So they should tell everyone to book tickets either the day before or before the journey starts. So all in all they helped me make my dream of visiting the Taj. And that too they did it good. I was a little sceptical at first reading the reviews on Google. But the experience was great for me and my family. Totally Recommended!!
