★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Head post office number of times before and after modifications taken up. A big office. At the enterence of post office road two post boxes are kept for
dropping covers, etc Parking place was ear marked clearly. Sufficient place was left
in the post office to sit and doing work at
the wooden writing pads fitted to wall.
Sufficient chairs are also kept. Agents are
always available at the door steps. R. D

Office and postal distribution room etc
Most useful to public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are illetarates and unethical too. I had to stand in 3 queues for just to pay SSY. Felt we did a mistake in opening a SSY account in post office. Counters are marked with some acronyms which normal people cant understand what they serve at. First I stood in a line and reached to counter serving person who directed me to another counter saying he only serves letters after 15 mins.. Later I stood in another counter for 10 mins and counter person said he only serve selling stamps and he had no clue who/which counter serve SSY or pos office banking.
