★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passport officers are on time. Clean office. Somehow they take too long time to process. My appointment was at 9:45 and I was called at 11:00. That’s very bad. They aren’t too many people. So feels okay. It’s a small office. Covid protocol isn’t followed and there is no one to enforce also. So sad. Much of it is dependent on one officer.
