★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't say that this is the most efficient and smooth place but it works. The staff is generally helpful provided you do your homework well. Note that this is a POSK not PSK. Most of the times the instructions on the passport office website are provided for PSK and not applicable for a POSK.
Do make sure you have a printout of your application receipt. There's a printing shop nearby but it opens only after 9.45 AM.

Its depend on your documents if your documents are right your work will be done only in 15 min. Some peoples argues related to do process with wrong documents but staff are really potential and explains everything step by step. Dg locker accepted here
A1 A2 and VO are very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its A GIFT TO JABALPUR , A CONVIENT OPTION ,TIME SAVING FOR THE CITIZEN OF JABALPUR TO GET THIER PASSPORT A TICKET TO EXPLORE THE WORLD. ERALIER PEOPLE HAD TO TRAVEL TO THE CAPITAL CITY BHOPAL A NUMBER OF TIMES TILL THE PRCEDURE WAS COMPLETE BUT NOW ITS HOP STEP OPTION.
THE NEWLY BUILD OFFICE IS WELL FURNISHED WITH GOOD AMBIENCE AND COMFORTABLE SEATING ARRANGEMENT BUT FEW SIGN CARD AS OFFICE TIMING HOURS WAS MISSING WHICH NEEDS LITTLET ATTENTION BY THE ADMIN.

Even help desk person doesn't know how to work and behave... no one in security for looking at sytem especially in document check line..
Openning time. No time bound system..
Very lazy and busy people..
No wash room for people waiting for 4hrs
I do not recommend to take appointment for jabalpur office.. rather go for bhopal office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is close to jabalpur railway station. Exit the station from platform number 1 and then u can easily walk to this place. It is inside the main post office. It has vehicle parking area.
Today (8/3/2018) i had an appointment for a fresh new passport and my appointment timing was 10.15am. I reached the POPSK at 9.45am there were 2-3 staffs available and they started my procedure earlier.
The staff was really polite and helpful. They were describing everything to those who haven't bought the required documents or passport size photograph. And my whole process was completed in hardly 20-25mins because there was no rush at all. And till 10.20am my whole process was over. So even if you have an appointment at 10am in the morning you can reach the POPSK a little and get your process done quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience Here, Only Three People Engaged In A Work That Requires A Whole System To Function Properly.....They Will Make You Sit And Sit And Sit. There Should Be A Fast And Efficient System For Passport Office In Jabalpur. Agar yahan se p.p banwana hai to tiffin bottle boria bistar sab leke aiye.
