★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's part of passport office there is single employee who's handling this office it's often not much crowded and there is very less waiting time but if person who applying for passport has any mistakes in documents or error then i suggest go for Chandigarh office because here in Bassi Pathana all passport officers are not present because it's a little branch of passport office with single cabin but if all documents are complete without any mistakes then you can visit here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I submitted my application on 5 Oct 2021 , Police verification done on 14th Oct 2021 . According to passport seva status checker, passport file is under review @ regional passport office. Still waiting for passport to dispatch as of 26th Nov 2021.

Status is application has been collected at camp.

They are not processing my application for passport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow. Waited for more than 2 hours despite the appointment slotted much in advance. Very poor staff and extremely random process. They kept calling for appointment out of order until we protested and asked them to call in the order of the appointment time.
Very poor centre. The person in-charge told us “Don’t worry. Aaj ki date mein ho jayega”. Is that why we schedule appointments online while registering?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall staff is good. Process is offline here so you have to photostat all your documents. PASSPORT SEVA KENDRA Bassi Bathana is Less crowded. One suggestion get half an hour before your time so you can get free on time.
