★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality tiles, branded stuff only, mostly reputed brands like Johnson and Kajaria. Owner has built an impeccable reputation of honesty and reliability over last 40 years. The owner is a very humble and polite gentleman who despite being a very wealthy and successful businessman, takes time to himself guide people if required. So the experience is very nice for big and small buyers alike, even though these people are at the top of tile retail business in Kolhapur. This is unheard of in the tiles business which is full of rude and arrogant people at even a smaller scale, let alone as big as these people. It speaks volumes about what these people are. They are not just out to sell you the shiniest stuff and then ignore you once done but will provide you with the following after-sales service as well. Most of all, you can pay advance and book your tiles at that price and pay full amount when taking the delivery. They provide a good price when finalizing the deal itself, no need to bargain hard, as they don't play games like artificially inflating prices first and then appearing to give a "discount". The proper discounted price is offered upfront without hassles and no bargaining after that. Both tile fitters, engineers and the general public swear by the reliability of the place when dealing, especially the safety of your advance money, you can deal with peace of mind that your money and deal is safe with them. Highly recommended.
