★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I called them several times to arrange a driver for pickup and dropoff my car for servicing. Initially they told it would take Rs500 for pickup and drop, when I agreed they said they are not sure if the driver is available. :) They asked me to call after 2 days. When I called them after two days I was told the reception person who informs the driver is not responding. They asked me to call directly on a different number ending with 5205. When I tried calling the number I am getting switched off tone.
Never expected this kind of service from Ford. Who I felt were very responsive and cared about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of service was very bad. I was charged 864 for general checkup and was told that car was is checked using the OBD tool. After going a few kilometres some light started blinking and then car stopped. Had to take my car back to the Unique service center. There when the OBD tool was attached and was checked there were 2 errors when I asked the guy in the workshop he told me that first time OBP tool wasn't connected. My car had some oil marks which weren't even wiped. Moreover for just taking paying my bill I had to wait for 2 hrs straight. Disappointed by the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service by mechanical work dept.My car was having some issues with acceleration but even after keeping it for 2 days n spending 5k problem wasn't detected properly n even manager was clueless about time to be taken for repair.
I suggest this service centre shud appoint good skilled n talented mechanics for prompt diagnosis and repair in time..Mechanics show high attitude.
However receptionist n front desk people are good and friendly...I believe that Ford India has high standards and young India has much hopes on these cars ..Ford should maintain its standard by giving service authority to Hard working,polite n brave people...thank u..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality is excellent but actual service is quite disappointing this year. Even after spending entire day for service, the Mechanic could not notice the sports mode problem. I was told that my vehicle is examined by computerized machine and no fault is noticed. Having past good experience, I have noted excellent remark in feedback form but it was mistake on my part. Ford is known for quality product and excellent service and therefore, I preferred it. Hope improvement at right time. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came from mumbai to visit Kolhapur and today called Unique Ford Kolhapur l for my EcoSport front bumper problem.
I really feeled a family wala feeling while talking on phone to service advisor Mr. Niranjan and also with staff.
