★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best service centre for Volkswagen cars with all the requests catered on time. The only thing that requires attention is the washing services for the cars. It is below average and the centre calls water spray as car wash. You can see the dirt in the image posted with the review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! If you love your car and want to keep it well maintained then avoid this place to get your car repaired specially when mechanical work is there.
These people will add more issues while rectifying previous one so that you pay another visit. And in your next visit same thing will be repeated hence you will be paying visit to then uncounted time, resulting loss of your hard earned money, energy and time.
But for them it’s a business tactics.
I had given them my car, in first instance they said clutch plates to replace, I did, then I found gear were stucking occasionally while shifting, they diagnosed changing of gear shifter which also I did, and this all happened in duration of 30-40 days only as my car was only used thrice that too bringing car to them from Goa, rest it was lying unused.
Once they replaced gear shifter also and handed over car, the car’ gear were stucked/jammed and we couldn’t move car from middle of the traffic in Kolhapur, matter was brought to their notice but their behaviour was very very unprofessional and lethargic and taken very lightly.
Anyhow we brought that car to their service station to check the issue, they left no room to convince us that car doesn’t have any issue.
Additional now car engine bay having one strange wobbling sound like something is open which is opened box like while engine is started. I asked them, they said now you need to replace some plastic tray as it became hard and for that another 10K you will have to shed.
By reading this, many of you would’ve come to know that it’s there practice to create new new issues while attending previous one so that you end up paying endless money.
I have tried to contact their Key person was I was denied, if owner is reading then pls pay attention on this otherwise day won’t be far when NO ONE WILL BUY THIS VW CARS AND WILL COME FOR THE SERVICE.
YOUR STAFF WILL BE SITTING IDLE AND TAKING SALARY LIKE RETD. Govt. officer.
