★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with the service of my Hyundai Kolhapur.This is my second experience which is very good and bought 2nd car from this Showroom.First time I got good service from Executive Sumit Salvi and Manager Deepak Karale sir now second time I got very helpful and good service from Execution Pratik Hawaldar and GM Vishal Wader Sir.The overall staff and service of this showroom whatever I got is Awesome ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I have an minor problem of coolent leakage, Mai Hyundai service centre is not able to solve the problem since Feburary 2021 till date. Since feb 2021 i have visited 13-14 times in Mai Hyundai regarding same problem, but they failed to solve it. Additional they have changed 2-3 parts which was not required to change, but then also my problem didnt solved. I had complained regarding this in Mai Hyundai, but no response from them.
Mai hyundai service centre dosent have spares avalability, always they say that we have ordered the part it will come in 10-15 days. We have to take follow up they dont call and inform us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience at the service center. Had to wait for more than a hour to get attended. Then played merry go round for someone to own the responsibility to solve the problem. Finally after lot of stomping and head scratching, a guy was forced to see the car. Instead of explaining the problem, the guy kept on clicking 100 pictures of car and in the end enlisted innumerable problems for a single defect of auxiliary belt. Approximate bill mentioned was around 1600 for belt. But my driver had good knowledge about car. So in the end we managed to get it done under 500 rupees. It's really unprofessional attitude towards customer, inflating bills. I would rather get it done in local garage next time. Only appreciable thing with regards to service is ,they honestly returned my Bluetooth headphones which was lost under the seat.
