★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Pathetic service. They don't value others time. Complaints go on deaf ears. Either they can't listen to the customer or just ignore the customer. Most of the customers are left disappointed leaving the service center. We need a better service center in Kolhapur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good experiences. Will not go here next time. I have 3 complaints.
1. First they refused to give me details of bike and test drive saying come back when you are actually buying a bike. (2019).
2. I bought a duke 250 from pune and did 2nd service here. They over tight the bike chain which made a lot noise and vibration which later i fixed in pune ktm.
3. My bike at 10k km had a front fork oil leakage and i repaired here for 2000rs. My fender paint was damaged while repair and they did not take responsibility.
After just 150km the leakage started again and they said we are not responsible and said you will have to pay 2000rs again for repair and this time they will check fork out which they did not check at first repair.
I will not prefer servicing my bike here instead take my bike to pune for repair.
(attaching the damage photo and cctv photo they sent to prove it was before service, but when asked to show the cctc tv when bike came in camera frame they did not respond)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one KTM showroom in Kolhapur. Duke and RC series bikes available at showroom. Instant finance facility available on the sopt. Fast delivery to costumer as their requirement. Along with showroom service department provides all type of ktm service for their bikes.
