incoming call is neither attended nor called back by ur representative.
Very prompt reply by Ivrs to cut a sorry figure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. They bring new bikes from pune, riding 250km on highway, causing engine damage, which is wrong. They even loot during first FREE servicing. Applying Rs. 90 for additive& Rs.50 for nitrogen without asking customer. Arrogant works manager. Their licence should be cancelled for cheating innocent people coming from villages. Shame on World's no.1 two wheeler company

I asked them for ismart bike and which was showing in hero website and customer salesman told me that it is discontinued becauee he didn't have that bike in stockyard, very unprofessional behavior
