★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend them at all!!! They made us a few bad days, because we felt very bad and sad, that we were scammed so badly. They made us pay about 28000 INR for booking 3 train tickets which in fact cost only 6500 INR. It turned out only after we checked the tickets online by their PNR number. They told us everything, about October is festival month, it’s diwali now, you can’t buy tickets, the ticket prices are high, … So we accepted their offer, ...our bad. And we only got SL tickets. No AC, no second or first class. Simple sleeper class for this high price.
Even though they booked the tickets, they scammed us. So just warning to everybody if you still want to business with them, then check everything before you pay. You can go home, to your hotel and check online, they will be there tomorrow.
I hope they will change in the future, but currently they are not trustworthy.
