★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHENEVER I APPLY FOR HOME LOAN.. THEY ASKED MY LOAN RATE AROUND THE 8.55%PA.. BUT AFTER ONE INSTALLMENT.. THEY R LOOTED... ‼️ SINCE 3 YEARS... VERY VERY DISOPPINTING RESPONSE AND PROMISES TOO.. BAD MANNERED PERSONS WORKING THERE. ALSO COMPANY HEAD TOO NOT RESPOND US ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst finance company they took four months for verification after that they (Jagdish Gupta) stop receiving my calls and no one picks calls at their office (anyone can try now). after sometime he said will charge 12% instead of 8.5, so i will not recommend to any one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I concur the views shared by others. Low rate is a trap, which remains for max 2-3 months then rate will start increasing. They are non-transparent in sharing the exact formula of interest rate.
Very bad experience. Go for other pvt. home agencies such as Bajaj, etc.
