★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked there for 7 months. It's a good but small company to start your career if you want to make it in the marketing research field. They mostly work in survey program i.e web based surveys and performing manual testing and data validation operations on the same.
Testing is only limited to copy, pasting and finding logics in the survey.
For data validation we were using SPSS tool.
For survey programming having knowledge of html, css and Javascript is enough.
Pros:
1. Location
2. Senior and their support (don't know about present).
Cons:
1. Low salary even for max work.
2. Hr policies.
3. Very Big difference in on paper and in hand salary.
4. Work from home even after your shift ends or even if you are on leave .
5. No compensation when u work more than your shift timing.
6. For everything you have to mail to Hr.
7. Non flexible timings.
2.5 star from my side only because of my seniors my team mates who helped me alot in my work and always appreciated & motivated me for my work. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked there for 6 months and it's a good place to work if you don't want to come out of your comfort zone. In QA you will do copy paste only. Also salary would be very less and don't expect huge salary increments either. You will have to extend your working hours due to shortage of employees. Seniors are very supportive and one more thing if manager makes fun about you that's fine but don't even think to make any joke on him.
