And specially their app doesn't work properly always server down.If something i hv to check it takes too long.And very rude behavior of employees. And passbook entry machine never works,atm get blocked .and their employees take too much tym and whole day are waste incase we are visited branch.very worst bank and app and i am very regret why i am wasted my tym.

Service has been generally good over years, but cannot compete with pvt banks in digital services.
