★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience with sales people at Manish arora. Being associated with such a famous designer, you definitely expect some (basic) things from them. None of the promises made were fulfilled. Samira Sheikh can only make promises and not fulfill anything.
1. My lehenga was to be ready within 20 days which took 2 months.
2. Even after sending for finishing the embroidery twice, it was still coming off.
3. I was promised to receive extra sequins (since the embroidery is still coming out), which I still haven't received. It was to be delivered to me on 13th October 2016.
4. The entire lehenga (which weighs more than 7 kgs) is suspended on 1 single hook that too the type hook that people use for blouses. Single hook and I. Even after repeatedly telling them to put a better hook and a button, nothing was changed.
Their store manager, Afreen, is an absolute disgrace to talk to. Such an ill-mouthed person she is. Do not ever trust Samira or anyone from their Juhu branch because they're only good to talk to until you've paid them the money. Once the money is paid, you're at their mercy and ruthless way of talking. It's a shame that such people are recruited for such a well known brand. My urge to all brides to NEVER EVER buy anything from them (at least not from the Juhu branch) because they're only gonna add to your stress and still not deliver what you've expected. Absolutely horrible experience even after paying so much money.
