★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been refuelling at this pump for a long time now as it is near to my house and refuelling here I find it easy as it is near the 45 garia connector and you have access to this pump from both side of the bypass connector ( whether ur traveling towards garia / or patuli side)
Another good thing is you have a puncture repair shop / more or less always open,( not the case with other pumps) , pollution chk, atm, nearby stationery shop 2 mins from the pump.
I've also noticed that vehicle mileage remains fair refuelling at this pump.
I didnot face any issues so far.

Petrol pump staff should be more attentive and manage vehicles queues properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular visitor here and fill my car only here while in Kolkata. Staff are well behaved and efficient. Never had any issue with service and products. Pollution check, tyre pressure check and repire done here.
