★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. They cannot handle the courier well. They don't even try to call the person whose parcel is with them and sends the parcel back to the head office in Gurgaon without even trying to deliver the parcel. On the system it shows "Item delivery attempted Missent". Don't relax if any of your parcel is going to this office, until you yourself get it after going to their office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a sub post office, very small but very useful.
There are only 2 members form the staff- who are very efficient.
The office opens up @9 sharp on all days, and the lunch hours are from 1-1:30. People often say that they are rude but these two guys are working from 9-3 non-stop- so plz cut a slack to the poor people!
Parcel is from 9-2 and speed post is from 9-3.
They do not entertain any courier post 3!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet has been down for three consecutive working days and the staff is busy on phones rather then getting it rectified , it's nothing but unpaid holiday for them ...no concept of customer service . When I asked them why are they not getitng it done answer was it's not our job ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disgusting service. My driving licence was not delivered but online it was showing that it got delivered. I went to the post office and collected it. The post man (aged around 45yrs) in south city 2 A block is very irresponsible and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever post office I have ever gone. The post men sitting there are not happy with their life and yell at the people who are coming. These kinda rude animals are also one of the factors due to which our country is not developed and it won't until these people are getting jobs and not willing to do their duty in the way it shall be done. Jai Hind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post office need serious overhauling. It’s quite short staffed and there is only one senior fellow dealing with daily huge line ups for bank related work. Documents do not get processed in timely manner and for everything we have to run back to post office, nothing is online. Requests to provide access online have to be repeatedly submitted with no outcome. I would say it is not the staff at fault, management of these facilities need to be better and there needs to be more staff to handle the crowd because they also open for very limited hours. You cannot expect one person to efficiently do so many things at once.
