They mentioned incorrect PIN code in receipt and on website too while tracking status.
Also, they did spelling mistake in name and surname.
This has been done multiple times. Also, staff is very rude not ready to hear anything.
They are just grabbing salary without doing any work.
No need of such branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They never take the call. The post man delivered my passport while I was away at home and asked for “mithai” aka fees for his delivery to elderly folks at home. Really sad.
They don’t their work well and on top ask for money for what they are paid to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I was wary about approaching the post office at first because of the negative reviews, but Ajit Singh postman was very helpful, called him about my parcel and he called back the next day. Parcel will be delivered in one hour. Very happy with the service
