A multi speciality hospital located at Vasant Kunj, Delhi. Follow Covid 19 protocol. It is famous for spine related issues although it has multiple departments. Neat and clean hospital. Canteen facility is also there. But as per the price list displayed for room rent it is beyond reach of common people as well as middle class. It seems to be only for elite class as well as for those having medical insurance coverage.

One of the best hospital in India for orthopedic and spinal problem in my opinion. And here all doctors are best but specially I recommend Dr. Saransh Gupta sir. He is amazing doctor with God gift of curing chronic spine and orthopedic patients.

Dr. B. Mohaptra gave a new life to my mother. My mother went through L4-L5 TLIF surgery here on 1st week of March’22. The entire process starting from consultation till discharge was very transparent and managed very professionally. Initially plan was to go ahead an extensive surgery, however after review by all spine surgeon, we all agreed to go ahead with lower risk and maximum benefits. My mother was able to walk after 48hrs of surgery which is unbelievable. My mother can able to stand and seat properly after 15 years. It was a very emotional moment for our entire family and friends. Dr.Mohaptra and his entire team (Dr.Sachin, Dr. Anuj, Sona Mam and all supporting staff) was extremely cooperative and helping. I am glad that I consulted Dr.Mohaptra and ISIC for my mother surgery. The only thing which would like the management to look into about the capacity constraint is sisters staff. The nurses are under staff for supporting patient post surgery. They informed me that one nurses allocated for 6 patients which is definitely not adequate. They are really struggling to meet the patient demand. Sometime they are taking longer time more than 30 minutes to attend the call. Once again thank you ISIC and Dr. B. Mohapatra for giving a new life for my mother ?

Been here on and off for the past 25 years. 1st experience was not all that great. The doctor who examined me for a back problem just told me to pray that I would get better. Subsequent visits were better though what they all had in common was that they left a hole in my pocket. Most recent visit was to get a shot of vaccine. There was only one chap to do the registration and there was no queue system so he was barely keeping his head above water when it came to doing the many little things associated with vaccination from identification to payment to certificate printing. On the whole, it's not all that crowded for a hospital and there's ample free parking. The pharmacy also tends to be on the slow side

My brother met with an accident and this was our third and last stop to get the right treatment and support for him, the doctors were quick to act on the problem. Dr Umar, Dr Gururaj and Dr Dinesh Suman gave us complete satisfaction, dealt with us with a lot of patience and explained every part of the treatment to us. We knew exactly what was happening with my brother and when. He was given the utmost care, in ICU as well as outside the ICU. Staff's attitude was really good too, they were always there. We never saw any hesitation from them. In fact, my brother and staff developed a good relationship. Every single person that we spoke to, about this hospital, said good things about the place. The only thing that we faced as an issue was that my brother was not alloted and shifted to a room due to Covid protocols. They said that he could only be accepted post his covid reports had come so he was in the corridor on a stretcher for 5 hours. But we understand that this is only due to covid, the hospital, the doctors and the staff really made up for that one thing by their extremely amazing services and care. Me and my family will forever be grateful for what they have done for us. A special mention for Sharon and Ranjit as well for being the most generous and positive staff memebers.

Indian spinal Injury centre is one of the most miserable and pathetic health centre , I personally had experienced from there, they are rude and arrogant. After my back surgery they discharged me and now m having lot of problems and pain and they are not picking up the calls msges mails etc and whenever I call them they just wait and disconnect the call all i experienced a great lesson is i just wasted my freaking money and time by visiting there now the payment is done so they got what they wanted and ignoring my pain and consequences. At least a good doctor must take good care of their patients and listen to what they are saying but in this case these greedy doctors just took our bloody money and now ignoring me and my horrible pain m getting now. Now at this point I regret by making the decision for surgery, my life was much better and good before this surgery at least i was able to walk and stand , play, run etc but now my health is getting worse and i don't know if I'll ever be able to walk properly without any support. I advise not to take such decisions and specially in Indian spinal Injury centre Delhi. My worst experience of life which will always be there beside me.

Though doctors are good here but staff is not good. If doctor is late they do not communicate to patient in advance. Otherwise very neat and clean hospital. Very professional doctors. One thing I did not like that they use a lot of paper in billing. They use all A4 sheets, they should go green and use less papers.

While buying medicines, I saw that there was a new cafeteria, actually it was more like a small coffee shop. I was hungry so I ordered some maggi, a sandwich, corn chat and a lime soda. It was all delicious. The staff was helping and polite. And yes it was all, inexpensive. So next time you are in that area and in a hurry. Go in and grab a bite. They specifically pay attention to hygiene. It near the main entrance, just near the medicine counter. And if i m not forgetting the name was '"Tea Capital".
