Not at all suggested for hair smoothing. They burnt my scalp by over pressing. Un-trained and un-skilled staff. Totally ruined my hairs and scalp. At 1st they only told me that they will take me to a doctor for consultant and they will bear the medical treatment if needed. But then got the call from the owner and they refuse go with me since its corona time. Very mean people, only thinking about themselves and protecting themselves from going to hospital but insisting me to go and consult it. At last I have to visit alone somewhere else and do the washing part so that I can apply medicinal creams. totally wasted my money and time..
Edited: Just received your reply. If you think that you are right, then why you have taken almost one year to reply. Your team has burnt my scalp. If you are right, why don't you agree with me then to go to consumer court to decide who is right? I still have the payment screenshot where I have paid full amount to you. Before blaming any customer, see your staff fault. Why I haven't reviewed any positive/negative feedback to any services till date. You must have done something wrong for which I had reviewed for your parlour so that someone else don't go through the pain that I had gone.

First of all, I realized they are Untrained and unskilled staff. They are only good at arguing with customers. I have seen myself customers shouting at them as they did something bad with their Hair. My Fiance went there for Hair smoothening. They used L'Oreal products as they were forcing this to be better over Schwarzkopf.(Not even sure if they used original product) Then they did hair wash after 4 days and the worst result I have ever seen. They burnt her scalp by over pressing and Hair was burnt most of it.. The worst part is when we raised the concern about result is not good they denied and kept giving excuses that your hair is breakage blaa blaa. (if this is the case, why did not they realize before doing it?) to cover up they offered keratin however even that didn’t help too.
I think they need to be more focused to train their staff and customer service rather than argue with customers.
