Store Manager feels like SBI Manager, Playing games in phone and walking around like bouncer. Apart from this, tonting to customers.
Didn't liked the services at all.
It's more than worst experience I have ever had in any store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was a mess in terms of management more than 7 staff were available in place and only 2 were handling requests. Which make this place crowdy. No ticket system no lines. Your task will be done that is good news but you need more time and yes keep trying for ur number otherwise someone will go first bcus jaha se vo khade honge line vhi se suru ho jayege. ?

Very bad customer service.
Will never visit again there .
It was not expected from Jio as a renauned operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about other reviews which are saying, they delay work...In my case I visited there for sim replacement, at that day my alternate number was not updated so the executive there, updated it and asked us to come the next day...the next day we visited there and he replaced my sim in just 10 min.
