★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First bad experience with Indigo Deli.Visited this "small Indigo Deli" which was closet to my hotel, unfortunately it was huge disappointment. The food was not upto the mark. Poor service. I order steak and pork ribs, both of them was very dry. If you really want to have food at Indigo Deli there are other branches too, could skip this one.

The sandwiches were pretty good, the eggs were OK and I’m sure the specialty coffees would’ve been nice if they were available.
I did not find staff particularly helpful and everything was tad overpriced, I guess that’s standard for the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service the staff is not aware of what fresh bread is ..u have flies and mosquitos on the food..restaurant manager Joseph at Colaba outlet doesn't respond to calls or messages..think too many complaints..really had a horrible experience post telling the staff that I am patient it did not matter to them...will never visit or recommend this place to anyone!!!!

The staff did well to communicate allergen information and accommodate dietary restrictions. Sadly the provided order wasn't great tasting and underwhelming at best. Further, my party had other people with me who were shorted on their order due to my allergy when they hadn't asked for any exclusions on their order.
I feel it is a general courtesy for a good establishment to proactively provide condiments with orders which wasn't the case. Portions seemed anemic and plates were inconsistent.
The staff seemed eager and constantly hovering, which felt rather intrusive at times.
The restaurant may be a decent pick for no dietary restrictions and I hope I dont run out of other restaurant options to consider for my next casual evening bite.

Customer service is great. Happy looking staff.
The portion size of food is designed for Western palatte not for us. You might struggle to finish
Food presentation the chef needs to learn. A lot to be improved there. The cutting and chopping has to be finer. The chef's and the staff should sit one day and try their own dishes.
Ambience is getting a bit old so should change soon
Mocktail selection could be better
The pumpkin soup was not fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good meal and staff was nice . But presentation of food should be given more focus . Coleslaw was not nice , Had a lovely burger with the 3 wedges . Would be nice to keep HP barbecue sauce available like in the past. All in all a comfortable and pleasant experience.
