So counter lady insisted me to use self check-in machine.
So I got my boarding pass from self check in machine.
Overall experience was good.
Didn't face any problem.
But staff aliveness towards customers can be improved a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice airline if you’re flying domestic in India. The flights are always very clean: the toilets, seats and the whole airplane basically. The staff is super friendly, and are more than happy to help if you have any questions. The boarding times are very precise, and the planes are rarely delayed. Flight tickets are also pretty cheap! They have cup noodles on all of their flights (210 Rupees) which is a really good flight snack! And the seats are quite wide, and it’s possible to choose XL seats, which is very nice. Would definitely recommend flying with indigo :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indigo Jaipur staff particularly a guy named Nimit is extremely rude.My daughter travels to different countries for sports and never faces any trouble with the sports gear that she carries. But Jaipur Airport there always is an issue.
She flew from Hyderabad to Jaipur on the 27th of August and at the Hyderabad Airport she was charged Rs 500 as handling charges.
Today morning (the 9th of September)at the Jaipur Airport, she was literally harassed by the staff who said they would charge for extra baggage when she was flying back with the same stuff that she flew to Jaipur with, to play a match.
They took Rs 3500 (She had to pay ,they threatened to not let her fly)and NIMIT also went on to tell her to feel free not to travel with Indigo in future.
Is this how Indigo treats people who are loyal to them?
The ground staff in Jaipur definitely needs major training in behaviour. They seem to have missed training the staff on being pleasant.
Any possibility I can rate them negative???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling with my grandfather his age was 74 and his right leg was fractured and he was not able to walk, I booked indigo to travel from jaipur to chennai and they took care him like their own from the start.and mr.suresh Rana a indigo staff in Jaipur who was manganing wheel chair he was too good and his service was really awesome,and such a kind guy.thanks indigo for your service next time will prefer indigo for sure.
