★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy that I could finish my round trip from Vadodara to Hyderabad without any hassle, otherwise had faced some hindrance in recent past from/to Vadodara like cancellation of flight due to operational issues....or not getting direct flight to many destinations during early morning or late evening/night. Of couse I can understand that in absence of reasonable head count Indigo may have to choose to cancel the flight but it jeopardize all your planning and further program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took 6e 807 from Bengaluru to Vadodara. Asked for some food and I was told, since I booked only cookies , nothing else will be offered. It was a rude tone and thanked her for the gesture. After I while, I asked her if she was basically arrogant or trained to be so...I got the reply that's the policy of airline and I can conclude that she had been trained so. Pathetic is what I can say. I have been flying Indigo for ages. My seat number was 1 F.
Thanks Indigo for the arrogance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was overall a good lying experience. However, few points are submitted as below:
Although marks are made on floor at the airport for social distancing, there was nobody who tried to enforce social distancing while people are in queue. I donot know whose duty it is to enforce this aspect. Secondly, there was an announcement in the aircraft about wearing of masks and face shields, hardly any passenger had worn face shield. My point is if face shields are not to be taken seriously, why should it be announced at all. Kindly look into these aspects of safety as we are hearing about new variant these days and if we take actions according to guidelines meticulously, it will be good for safety of passengers and crew both.
