★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was as expected. The staff is very helpful and polite. It is a government operated centre, so they do not cost you unnecessary money.
You can go there if you have any kind of problem to your admission or course related problem.
--Accesabilty--
It is not hard to reach the place, if you have a car, very easy. If you decide to travel by metro, then sec-59 & sec-62 stations are nearest, an auto will cost you ₹60-70 or a sharing auto will cost ₹10 per person.
--Banks nearby--
There is Punjab national bank at walking distance, many other banks are in near vicinty but an auto will cost you around ₹50.

They may call u several time for the work u wanted to be done.
But the staff is like they are government employees enjoying and time passing
Their are several courses available in this Ignou with a library in the building

A typical government institution.
Needed to visit saket head office to get correct information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is quite good with rc Noida.my problem is always shorted out within half an hour everytime.but i have to physically available there.sometimes they dont reply in mails but i would say u sould wait for reply u will definitely get ur reply any way ,some times it can take a month.when ever i need study material i visited rc Noida ,my study material handed over to me within few minuts everytime.ofcourse they dispatch it via post but they do it very much late.i was so happy ,when i compare this rc to rc lucknow,there is huge difference .RC Noida is quite good and they deal with students in a better way and staff is also well enough and well manered.its my experience some of u might have negative.but would recommened u to select rc Noida in NCR region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I had visited this Rc, I was unaware how to gets my queries resolve ( books related) after enquiring people I went downstairs and got my books but they were denying at first place. When I showed them the complaint then they had given me my books. (1st year)
(2nd yr)I had a very bad experience with the RC. Recently they sent me a message for book collection. After visiting the centre they denied at first place and didn't even apologized for sending such wrong messages to students..?It is wrong. I had to raise complaint at last.
*Note- Take your enrollment card with you. It is mandatory for books handover. (aadhar if no enrollment card)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) “Phone numbers doesn’t work”- as per security officials of ignou rc noida.
2) Poor study material dispatch service- students have to physically go to noida centre and wait for long hours to collect material.
3) For any type of enquiry- student has to wait in queue for indefinite time to just ask for any small query as well.
P.S.: i had to give 1 star because there was no option for 0 star.
