Very disappointed with d service n product which gave complaints within one month of purchase....plz don't waste ur time n money behind such companies...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class call center and staff working over there. Do not attend the complaint even after several reminders. Phone numbes given on website and in google are false. Ceiling fan blades are so thin and easily getting bend while cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tells we coming and now it has been 20 days. They not came to repair ceiling fan so down grade service. Don't buy any products from India company. Customer care also poor. Nothing's helpful at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a remote controlled fan a month back, and It's circuitboard started smoking within 5 mins of installation. I made a complain on 27th of oct 2021 and One of their engineer visited and said he will come back with the PCB in two days, It's been 21 days since and I keep calling their customer service every day. Still the issue has not been resolved. Please do not buy any product by them. Their service sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service. I have called 4 Times to Customer service centre every time they told me they send the serviceman but nobody is reaching out to me. Very bad after-sale service. Very much disappointing. Requesting you please be sure before purchasing. After purchase within 3 months, my cooler is not working properly. And Customer service is very very bad. Since Nov 19 I am calling on Customer care but they did not send any to check what’s the problem. I am given -1 star or less this - in.??????
